A few weeks ago, we had the pleasure of welcoming a customer from Tanzania—a company specializing in excavator operations—who was looking for a durable and flexible lowbed trailer** to boost their equipment transport efficiency.
The client personally visited our office to better understand the trailer models we offer. During the meeting, they shared their main needs, such as required payload, road conditions, preferred configurations, and delivery expectations. Our sales manager walked them through several lowbed trailer options, pointing out the differences in design and how each type could suit their specific working conditions.
Given the challenging road conditions in parts of Tanzania, we recommended our trailer made with Q700 high-strength steel, known for its robustness, resistance to stress, and excellent load-bearing capacity. It’s a great fit for transporting heavy-duty machinery like excavators and loaders.
We also introduced our anti-tire-wear suspension system, which is specially designed to keep the tires aligned under full load, helping to reduce wear and extend their service life. The system is also easy to service and maintain, which helps lower operating costs over time.
Once the trailer was introduced and all details were presented, the customer was very pleased with both the product and our service. After reviewing our offer, they signed a purchase agreement on the spot. They’re now waiting for the production and delivery process to be completed.
